Minimum Orders
First-time orders from new customers should exceed €500 with payment in advance against a pro-forma invoice.
Stock location.
Stock is held in Milan. Menoni try to maintain some stock of all items in the catalogue. Stock is always kept in the raw, unplated state.
Sampling.
Samples are supplied free of charge. However, they can only be supplied raw.
Please limit sample orders to less than 12 styles. Menoni will charge by the hour for picking more than that number.
Plating.
Download the colour card to see the available plated finishes. Nickel Free only plating is normally supplied within the EU.
Delivery time.
Orders are shipped direct to the customer from Milan and are usually sent by Federal Express . Orders usually take about 10 -14 days from receipt if ordered raw. Plating usually takes an extra 14 days. However, if the products are not in stock, we will advise the delivery time.
Stampings
Many of the filigrees and galleries can be modified during the production process. For example, adding holes, doming, wavy finishes, less decoration, fewer piercings. We can also supply many shapes as simple flat blanks.
